COOL DOWN EARTH
Vision zur Reduzierung und globalen Fairteilung privater CO2-Emissionen für die Erreichung des 1,5-Grad-Ziels
Die Karte Cool Down Earth steht sinnbildlich für meine Vision einer Reduzierung und globalen Fairteilung privater CO2-Emissionen.
In meiner Vorstellung kann dabei das Arm-Reich-Gefälle im eigenen Land sowie weltweit abgemildert werden.
Vision:
Die UN-Vollversammlung hat am 12. Dezember 2020, fünf Jahre nach Abschluss des Pariser Klimaabkommens, den Antrag des Weltklimarats zur Senkung der privaten CO2-Emissionen mit überwältigender Mehrheit angenommen und der weltweiten Erfassung privater CO2-Emissionen zugestimmt.
Angesichts der drastischen Situation ist Generalsekretär António Guterres überzeugt, dass die restlichen Staaten den Beschluss in absehbarer Zeit ebenfalls und umsetzen werden.
Um das festgesteckte Ziel der Klimaneutralität im Jahr 2050 zu erreichen, wurden folgende Maßnahmen beschlossen:
1. Alle Menschen erhalten das gleiche Kontingent an CO2 für ihre persönliche Lebenshaltung.
Der Weltklimarat legt das jährlich weltweit gültige Maximum an privaten CO2-Emissionen pro Mensch fest.
Bis zum 14. Lebensjahr können Eltern bzw. Erziehungsberechtigte den CO2-Verbrauch ihrer Kinder jeweils treuhänderisch verwalten.
2. Über das weltweite Netz seiner Koordinierungsstellen organisiert der Weltklimarat die globale Umsetzung.
Überall, wo es die Infrastruktur ermöglicht, werden mit der Karte Cool Down Earth alle CO2-Emissionen erfasst, die außerhalb von Bildungseinrichtungen, des Berufslebens und des Gesundheitswesens im Privatleben verursacht werden.
Dies umfasst die Gesamtheit aller globalen Güter und Dienstleistungen, wie z. B. Fleischkonsum, Urlaubsreisen, Kleidung, Nutzung von Smartphones und Internet.
Die Berechnungen jeder privaten CO2-Emission sind beim Weltklimarat und den nationalen Klimabörsen transparent hinterlegt.
Mit jeder Bezahlung (bar, online, ec-Karte, Kreditkarte) werden auf der Cool Down Earth Karte die CO2-Emissionen erfasst und die verbleibende Restmenge aktualisiert.
Wo dies nicht möglich ist, finden die jeweiligen nationalen Koordinierungsstellen des Weltklimarats unbürokratische Lösungen.
3. Die zugeteilten Kontingente sind kostenlos.
Diejenigen, die wenig CO2 emittieren, können ihre ihre nicht genutzten Kontingente an den Klimabörsen verkaufen.
Sind die zugeteilten Kontingente aufgebraucht und es können keine Kontingente erworben werden, wird die Cool Down Earth Karte automatisch gesperrt.
Für Menschen mit geringem Einkommen, die CO2-Kontingente benötigen, kann es Sonderkonditionen geben.
4. Der CO2-Preis je Tonne entspricht mindestens den zweifachen gesamtgesellschaftlichen Kosten, die die Schäden der Erderhitzung an Mensch und Umwelt verursachen.
Der eine Teil dient der Beseitigung dieser Schäden.
Der andere Teil, mindestens die Hälfte des erzielten Verkaufspreises, erhält die verkaufende Person.

In doing so the gap between rich and poor can be lessened in the own country and worldwide.
Vision:
On December 12th, 2020, five years after the Paris Climate Agreement was signed, the UN General Assembly approves the motion of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to reduce private CO2 emissions with an overwhelming majority and agrees to register private CO2 emissions globally.
In view of the drastic situation, Secretary General António Guterres is convinced that the remains states will also support and implement the decision in the foreseeable future.
In oder to achieve the goal of climate neutrality in 2050 the following measures were taken:
1. All people around the world receive the same contingent of CO2 emissions for the personal lifestyle.
The contingent is calculated by the IPCC annually.
Up to the age of 14, parents or legal guardians can manage the CO2 consumption of their children in trust.
2. The IPCC organizes the global implementation through its worldwide network of coordination centers.
Wherever the infrastructure allows, the Cool Down Earth card registers all CO2 emissions that are caused outside of educational institutions, work life and healthcare in private life.
This includes the entirety of all global goods and services such as consumption of meat, vacation, clothing, use of smartphone and internet.
The calculations of every private CO2 emission are stored transparently at the IPCC and the national climate stock exchanges.
With every payment (cash, online, ec card, credit card) the CO2 emissions are recorded on the Cool Down Earth card and. the remaining amount is updated instantly.
If not possible, the respective national coordination office of the IPCC finds unbureaucratic solutions.
3. The allocated contingents are free of charge.
Those who emit little CO2 can sell unused CO2 contingents at the climate stock exchanges.
If the allocated contingents are used up and no more contingents can be purchased, the Cool Down Earth card is automatically blocked.
There may be special conditions for people with low income who need CO2 contingents.
4. The CO2
price per ton corresponds to at least twice of the overall social costs that arose due to damages to people and the environment that were caused by the global warming.
One part serves ro repair these damages.
The other part, at least half of the selling price achieved, will be transferred to the vendor.
